Hayley Williams Camp 2024
The St. Louis Lady Cyclones are exited to welcome back women's pro hockey player Hayley Williams to work exclusively with our club on May 10 and May 11. Hayley plays professional hockey in Europe and is a member of the Hungarian national team and an Olympic hopeful for the 2026 Winter Olympics. She is also the founder of Hockey Worldwide Academy that focuses exclusively on training female hockey players to maximize their potential.
The camp will be focused on the following skills: skating/edge work, body contact, puck protection, and game play.
The camp will be split into three groups based on age for the 2025 season. Each group will be limited to 25 players. This was a very popular camp last season so sign up soon before this sells out! Details are below.
8U and 6U ( Birth years 2017 and younger)
When:
May 10 from 3:00-4:00 pm
May 11 from 9:10-10:10
Cost: $10
10 and up (birth years 2016 and older) skaters
These birth years will be split into three groups based on age and skill level. We will inform you what group your player will be in at least four weeks before the camp starts.
When:
Group 1:
5/10 from 4:10-5:20 pm
5/11 from 8:00-9:00 am
Group 2
5/10 from 5:30-6:40
5/11 from 10:20-11:20
Group 3
5/10 from 6:50-8:00
5/11 from 11:30-12:30
5/12 from 10:10- 11:30
Cost: $115
10U and up goalies
While this is not a goalie focused camp, goalies are welcome to attend to skate with Hayley.
Goalies are free to attend but we will limit this to the first 4 goalies who sign up. Two will attend each session and will be notified which session to attend at least four weeks before the session starts
RegisterSpring 2025 Elite/AA Camp
The St. Louis Lady Cyclones are hosting a Spring Elite/AA Camp on Mondays from March 31-May 19. Times for age groups are as follow:
-12U: 5:30-6:40
-14U 6:50-8:00
16/19U 8:10-9:20
This eight-session camp is designed for players who are interested in trying out for an Elite/AA or higher team, and it is open to any female hockey players in the region, regardless of what club you played for last fall, what level you played, or what team(s) you plan on trying out for. The camp will be led by our Lady Cyclones coaches and costs $300 for skaters at $150 for goalies
A basic breakdown of the sessions will be as follows:
- 30 minutes of skill work
- 20 minutes of battle drills
-20 minutes of small area games
Each session will be fast paced and focused on learning the skills, situational awareness, and hockey IQ to play at the AA level. This camp will be broken into the following four age groups, with a limit of 25 skaters and 4 goalies per group.
12U (Birth years 2013-2015)

19U (Birth years 2008 or older)
